I met a very young mother who has two babies, and she may have not finished HS, or was just barely out of HS. I told her, I am Inupiat just like you, and I was a single mother who raised two sons and graduated from a university. My years as a student were the best because my sons could visit the library with me and I always had them to go with me to enjoy events on campus.
