We are happy to announce that the Native American Political Leadership Program has extended its FULL SCHOLARSHIP to the upcoming summer semester. Qualified Native American, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian students will have the opportunity to attend The George Washington University's Semester In Washington program with students from around the country. The scholarship will continue to cover our core courses (6-credits), housing, airfare, and a stipend upon arrival. Program dates are June 5th – August 2nd and the deadline to apply is March 15th, 2010.
We have attached a brief flyer with more information and strongly encourage you to make this scholarship opportunity available to as many students as you can.
Students can apply directly at our website: www.naplp.gwu.edu. They should indicate their desire to apply for the summer 2010 program.
