My name is Debbie Mekiana Toopetlook and I am from Anaktuvuk Pass. I currently live in Fairbanks and work at Rural Student Services at UAF. I hold a bachelors in Inupiaq, bachelors in Psychology, teaching certificate in Inupiaq, and a masters in Community Psychology. Formal education is one of my passions. Living as a true Inupiaq is another passion. I am hoping that I can be of assistance to any and all students who particularly is interested in UAF and in general higher education.
